Brief introduction
ZT5810 Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration PlatformIntegrating multiple patented technologies, it is the first high-tech product in China. It uses CCD cameras instead of human eyes to read the meter, precision CNC pressure instead of manual pressure, electronic control tapping mechanism instead of manual tapping, and computer instead of human brain calculation, making the calibration of pressure instruments truly automated throughout the entire process.

2、 Structural principle
This instrument includes pressure sources (CNC pneumatic/vacuum system and CNC hydraulic system), digital pressure sensors, image processing systems, calibration software, computers, and printers.
The ZT5810 fully automatic pressure calibration table adopts a CNC pressure source for automatic pressurization, obtains standard pressure values through high-precision digital pressure sensors, uses a computer camera processing system to identify pressure gauge readings, calculates various error values according to the corresponding pressure instrument calibration regulations, and draws calibration conclusions.
After receiving the "start calibration" command, the computer sends a calibration command to the CNC pressure source. The CNC system precisely controls the system pressure to reach the required pressure point, and then transmits the standard pressure value to the computer. The computer captures and recognizes the reading of the pressure gauge through the image processing system. Then, the electronic control lightly taps the head to simulate manual tapping of the tested gauge (according to the regulations), and recognizes the reading of the tested gauge again. The recognition result is compared with the standard pressure value of the high-precision pressure sensor to calculate the various indication errors of the pressure gauge.
For pressure transmitters and pressure sensors, the intelligent pressure calibrator measures the electrical signals they output. After the calibrator controls the system pressure to reach the desired pressure point, the software reads the electrical signal value of the pressure transmitter or pressure sensor. The value is compared with the standard electrical signal value to calculate the output error.
After the verification is completed, the error data is calculated, processed, and saved. Finally, the error data table and verification results are displayed and printed.
